I bought Remove Ads, but I still see ads

Open Shop and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the Google account you bought it with. Rewarded ads, the ones you choose to watch for a reward, stay available after buying.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases go through Google Play, so refunds do too. See Google Play’s refund help.

Will I lose my progress on a new phone?

Progress is stored only on your device, so it doesn’t move to a new phone. A Remove Ads purchase does: use Restore purchase on the new phone.

How do I start over?

Go to Settings > Reset Progress. This wipes your levels, gold, skins and badges, and can’t be undone. Purchases and settings stay.

How do I change my ad choices?

Where the option applies to you, go to Settings > Privacy & Ads.
